Terms.

This site shows fine art prints by Duarte Cruz (Beyond the Lens Studio) and lets you request them. It has no checkout.

Requests and orders

Sending a request does not create an obligation to buy, and no payment is taken on this site. I reply by email with the total, the delivery estimate and payment details. An order exists once you confirm it and payment is received; production starts after that.

Prices

Prices are final prices in euros for delivery within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are not included. Shipping is free on orders over €120; otherwise it is confirmed before you pay. Prices can change, but never for a request I have already confirmed to you.

The prints

Prints are produced to order. Colours can vary slightly between screens and paper. Framing, where requested, is quoted separately.

Copyright

All photographs are © Duarte Cruz. Buying a print gives you the physical print for personal display. It does not transfer copyright or any right to reproduce, publish or resell the image.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without limiting the rights you have as a consumer where you live. Complaints can be made in the Livro de Reclamações. Consumers may also take a dispute to a consumer arbitration centre; the list of Portuguese centres is at consumidor.gov.pt.
