What is collected

What you type into a form: your name, email, optional phone number, delivery country and address, the prints you selected and any notes. With each request the site also records the time, the country your connection comes from and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, used only to stop abuse of the form. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party scripts or fonts. Your selection is kept in your own browser (local storage) until you send or clear it.

Why

To answer your request, agree the order with you, have the print produced and delivered, and issue the invoice. If you tick the box, also to tell you when new prints are released; you can stop that at any time by replying to any email.

Who handles it

Cloudflare (website hosting and the request database), Telegram (the content of your request is delivered to me as a private message), Google Workspace (email), and WhiteWall (your name and delivery address, only once you confirm an order, so the print can be produced and shipped). Some of these providers process data outside the European Union under the safeguards the law requires. Your data is not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

How long

Requests that do not become orders are deleted from the request database after 12 months. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to duarte@beyondthelens.store. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
