Returns and refunds.

Changed your mind

If you are a consumer in the European Union you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the print, without giving a reason. Write to duarte@beyondthelens.store with your request reference, then send the print back within 14 days, flat or in its original tube and undamaged. Return postage is yours. I refund what you paid, including the original standard delivery, within 14 days of the print arriving back.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged, defective or different from the listing, I replace it or refund it in full, your choice, at no cost to you. Please write to duarte@beyondthelens.store with your request reference and a clear photo, ideally within 14 days of delivery so the carrier claim is still open. This does not shorten the legal guarantee you have as a consumer.

Cancellations

A request can be withdrawn at any time before you pay. A confirmed and paid order can be cancelled free of charge until production starts; after that the withdrawal right above applies once the print reaches you.

Framed and custom work

Prints framed or sized to your own specification are made for you alone and cannot be returned for change of mind. Damage and defects are always covered.
